HR Centres of Expertise

 


The HR centre of expertise has been a successful component of the Human Resources operating model for some time. As HR departments transform into strategic thinking business units, so the shortcomings in the early CoE design and execution process are being exposed. The new CoE models require a rethink to realise the vision of providing specialist consultative services that meet the real needs of business

The next generation of CoE’s will be not only provide the specialist skills of their respective fields, they will consider the external market, be in tune with the operational and strategic business objectives and work closely with the HR business partners and shared services operations
